Aurora AI is an artificial intelligence born in Nuanu, Bali. It powers the city’s operations, supports teams and visitors, and provides intelligent solutions to foster Nuanu’s growth as a harmonious and ever-evolving environment. Ot is the “soul” of this smart city, providing convenient access to city services, cultural events, and inspiring residents and visitors to discover new horizons.

Objective
Create a comprehensive solution — from branding and a design system to mobile app prototypes and product presentations — showing how Aurora AI supports residents, tourists, and businesses by:
Finding and booking venues (City Venue).
Offering interactive city quests (City Quests).
Tracking events (concerts, exhibitions) and purchasing tickets (Events).
Enabling real-time text and voice interactions with the AI (Chat).
Participating in the ecosystem development (R&D Lab, VC fund, Accelerator).

Problem Statement
Cities are integrating smart technologies to enhance urban living, yet residents and visitors still struggle with fragmented services. Accessing real-time information on events, venues, and city services often requires navigating multiple platforms, leading to inefficiency and disengagement.
Users need a centralized and intelligent system that simplifies urban interaction—offering seamless event discovery, automated bookings, AI-driven recommendations, and real-time assistance. Existing solutions lack a unified, intuitive interface that combines cultural engagement, city operations, and smart infrastructure into one cohesive experience.

Result
— Designing a unified system that seamlessly integrates urban services, AI-driven interactions, and real-time event management was a complex challenge. This process reinforced the importance of clear information architecture and an intuitive UX flow to ensure ease of use for both residents and visitors.
